Where we ship
Julip ships within Canada and to the United States.

Shipping cost
All orders ship free — no minimum required.

Delivery time
Canadian orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days of your order being placed, and US orders within 5–8 business days. These are total delivery windows, covering processing, packaging, and shipping — there's no separate handling time on top of it.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect a package once it's shipped, and orders sent to an incorrect address you provided can't be refunded or reshipped at no cost.
