Where we ship
Right now, Julip ships within Canada only.

Shipping cost
All orders ship free — no minimum required.

Delivery time
Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days of your order being placed. This is our total delivery window, covering processing, packaging, and shipping — there's no separate handling time on top of it.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect a package once it's shipped, and orders sent to an incorrect address you provided can't be refunded or reshipped at no cost.
